Understanding Our Values, Passions and Aspirations

As we move out of what has been a long winter, it is a great time to renew our exploration and commitment to leadership.  The best place to start this journey is within.  In her best selling book “Insight”, Tasha Eurich talks about the need to clearly understand our values, passions and aspirations.  Once we know what those foundational elements are, we can use those to guide us in our leadership of others.  In that way we are true to ourselves and genuine in our message and motivation.
